Assessor
The final assessment roll for West Monroe will be published and available for inspection on Thursday, July 1 and may be reviewed at the Town Hall, 46 County Route 11, NY, from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. For the complete notice, see Notices.
Town Board
The Town of West Monroe will hold a public hearing to hear all comments for or against the creation of an Alternate Planning Board member on Wednesday, September 8th at 6:15 PM at the West Monroe Town Hall, 46 County Route 11.
The next regular meeting of the West Monroe town board will be Wednesday, September 8 at 7:00 p.m. at the West Monroe Town Hall, 46 County Route 11, West Monroe, New York. The town board will meet prior to every regular town board meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. to audit the monthly financial records of town officials and to review and sign vouchers submitted for payment.

Zoning Board of Appeals
The West Monroe Zoning Board of Appeals has set its meeting schedule for the balance of 2010. The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the West Monroe Historical Society, 2355 State Route 49, West Monroe, New York.
